Dynamic Dads (“the Organization”) gratefully accepts contributions that support our mission to strengthen fathers, empower youth, and uplift communities. The following guidelines ensure donations are handled ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with nonprofit best practices.

1. Acceptance of Gifts

Acceptance of any contribution, gift, or grant is at the discretion of Dynamic Dads.
We may decline any donation that:

Does not align with our mission or values
Comes with restrictions we cannot honor
Creates potential liabilities for the Organization
Could compromise our integrity or operations

2. Donor Financial Security

We will not knowingly accept any irrevocable gift or donation that could jeopardize the donor’s personal financial stability.

We strongly encourage donors to seek independent legal, tax, or financial advice before contributing.

3. Types of Gifts Accepted

Dynamic Dads accepts the following forms of support:

Cash donations
Online contributions
Publicly traded securities
Employer matching gifts
In-kind services (accepted on a case-by-case basis)

The following require prior review and approval:

Real estate
Personal property
Non-liquid securities
Restricted-use contributions
Gifts where the source is not transparent

4. Tax Guidance Disclaimer

Dynamic Dads does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
Donors are responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding:

Tax deductibility
Valuation of donated items
Compliance with IRS regulations

5. Acknowledgment of Gifts

Dynamic Dads will:

Provide appropriate receipts for tax purposes
Acknowledge gifts in a manner compliant with IRS requirements

Except for cash and publicly traded securities, Dynamic Dads will not assign a monetary value to any in-kind gift.

6. Donor Intent & Anonymity

We respect all donor wishes, including:

Restricted purpose gifts (when mutually agreed upon)
Anonymous contributions

Information related to anonymous donors is limited only to staff members who require access.

7. No Compensation for Donor Referrals

Dynamic Dads does not compensate third parties—through commissions, finder’s fees, or other incentives—for directing donors or donations to us.

8. Refunding Donations

In general, donations are final.
Refunds may be considered only when:

A processing error occurred
A duplicate donation was made
A donor contacts us promptly with documentation

Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Dynamic Dads.

Dynamic Dads began as a simple idea—empower fathers to show up with strength, love, and purpose. Over the years, that idea has grown into a movement that reaches families, classrooms, daycares, and communities in need of hope and guidance.

Founded by Dennis Jenkins, Dynamic Dads was built from lived experience, real compassion, and the drive to rebuild men from the inside out. Whether a father is young, struggling, returning from incarceration, navigating co-parenting, or simply wanting to grow, we stand beside him.
