Refund Policy

Dynamic Dads (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a mission-driven nonprofit organization. We rely on the generosity of donors, partners, and supporters to fund programs that strengthen fathers, uplift youth, promote literacy, and build stronger families.

To maintain financial integrity and ensure that donated funds are used responsibly and immediately in support of our mission, all donations made to Dynamic Dads are final and non-refundable.

⭐ 1. All Donations Are Final

Dynamic Dads does not provide refunds for:

  • One-time donations
  • Recurring monthly donations
  • Contributions made to campaigns or programs
  • Sponsorship payments
  • In-kind monetary equivalents
  • Event-related donations
  • Honorary or memorial gifts
  • Gifts given through third-party platforms

Once a donation is processed, the funds are allocated toward mission-related activities and therefore cannot be returned.

⭐ 2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

We understand that mistakes sometimes occur. A refund may be considered only in the case of:

  • A clear processing error
  • A duplicate charge made in error
  • A technical malfunction during donation

These requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction and must include documentation proving the error.

Dynamic Dads retains full discretion to approve or deny such requests.

⭐ 3. Unauthorized Use of a Payment Method

If a donation was made fraudulently or without authorization:

  • The donor must immediately contact their bank or payment provider
  • The donor must notify Dynamic Dads in writing
  • We will cooperate fully with legitimate fraud investigations

Refund decisions for unauthorized transactions are determined by the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, bank, etc.), not Dynamic Dads.

⭐ 4. Event or Program Fees (If Applicable)

If Dynamic Dads offers workshops, trainings, or events requiring payment, those fees may have separate refund conditions, stated at the time of registration.

Unless specifically noted, all event fees and registrations are non-refundable.

⭐ 5. Recurring Donation Cancellation

Supporters may cancel future recurring donations at any time.

Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle and does not retroactively refund previous contributions.

⭐ 6. Tax Requirements

IRS guidelines require nonprofits to maintain accurate donation records.
For this reason:

  • Donations already receipted for tax purposes cannot be refunded.
  • Refund requests for tax-receipted contributions will be automatically denied unless due to a duplicate transaction.

⭐ 7. In-Kind Donations

Non-monetary gifts (services, goods, supplies, etc.) cannot be returned for any reason.

⭐ 8. Third-Party Donation Platforms

If donations are made through partners such as:

  • Facebook Giving Fund
  • GoFundMe
  • PayPal Giving Fund
  • Employer giving portals

then their refund policies apply.
Dynamic Dads does not control third-party refund decisions.

By completing a donation on our website or through any authorized channel, you:

  • Agree to this Refund Policy
  • Understand that contributions are final
  • Confirm that the payment method is authorized and voluntary
